Returns + Replacements

Your satisfaction is our priority! We accept product returns with no restocking fees if item is returned within 7 days of fulfillment. All returns will be issued in the form of store credit only. If any of your items are received damaged or defective, please let us know via email within 7 business days and we will gladly exchange. At this time, we do not offer free return shipping. 

We encourage you to reach out to us if you have any questions about fit or feel prior to purchasing. All inquiries can be directed to hello@shoplemolade.com. In the event where you aren't fully satisfied with your order,  we promise to be fair and kind while resolving any issues you may have. 

In order for items to be eligible for return, product must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition. A store credit will be issued to you within 3 business days of receiving your return. 

Additional details: 

  • We do not offer returns to original method of purchase, only STORE CREDIT

  • Items must be returned to us within 7 days of the fulfillment date

  • All items that are holiday, custom or semi-custom are ineligible for return

Returns + replacements will only be accepted by mailing back the product with receipt. Please indicate whether you would like a different size or store credit. If stock option is unavailable, you will be notified via email and store credit will be issued.
